Ditto. I am starting with 5 cards. Then going to move to 10 cards during week 2. Add 5 more cards to that for week 3. Week 4 should be 20 cards.

Just watch the videos, count me in. I seem to be slacking and need motivation in this department. I just can't get myself to do more than walking or workout on my threadmill but I to that everyday no matter what or how I feel. I know and see that I need more I just can't get my butt moving to do more.

Hello!!
I want to do a one month Challenge called Abs & *kitten*! The Spring and summer will be here before you know it, why not get a head start on getting a FIT Tummy and Tush?
Here are the exercises:
Abs:
4 Sets of Each:
Reverse Crunch - 20 Reps
Toe Touches - 20 Reps
Plank- 30 seconds

Booty & Leg work
Apparently this is Mike Tyson's squats routine. From watching the routine on youtube it's killer on your legs and booty.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOftiwNr7P8
So by doing Abs every other day which shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes and booty work 2-4 times per week, we should be in pretty good shape after a month.
So can you commit to doing at least the minimum for 30 days? Take pics or measurements to track your results.

I checked out the youtube links you mentioned and I WANT TO THANK YOU! I am hooked on the "Insane Home Fat Loss" workout videos!!! I have done several and have gotten motivated again. I really like Tabata and Michael Chang has an excellent approach to the same theory, I am absolutely diggin' all the ideas all the girls on his video's give. I especially like that you can workout TO THE VIDEO and be finished in under 10 minutes and KILL major calories!!! Last night I did two separate videos and I was totally spent! Thanks again for the link! I will try to post some pic's.0
