On sandwiches instead of mayo, but I really like with poached eggs on wheat toast... kinda my own healthy eggs benedict!0

I like to eat a half an avacado with low sodium soy sauce sometimes.
I also like to put it in wraps, on vegan chilli (I'm not vegan but vegan chilli is delicious).
I love to add them to ginger salads (spinach, carrot, ginger, ginger dressing, avacado slices)0 -

I add red peppers, red onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, celery, carrots, and tuna and mix it all together as a tuna salad. Its so good on a bagel-thin! filling too!
I also put avacado in a lot of smoothies because it gives it a nice creamy texture.
I also take it and add a little lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic (and what ever other herbs you may like) and use it as a substitue for a dressing on a salad!0 -
I soak steel cut oats in water over night and in the morning blend the oats with 1/2 an avacado a pinch of salt
And Stavia. This is so filling and taste really good.0 -
You can buy lump crab meat and fill the hollow in half an avocado with it!0

I just made a smoothie.
1 avocado
4 ounces yogurt
1 TBS honey
6 ounces 1% milk
1 TBS FV coffemate
8 - 10 ice cubes.0 -
I like avocado, tomato, and mozzarella grilled cheese.
