Idk if this is the right section to post this but I feel it is motivating.
Around a months ago I found this Weight loss simulator at a time when I was not seeing any changes in my body only on the scale. It was with this that I realized that I needed to lose a lot more weight to see it actually showing in inches. It shows me what I could potentially look like at my goal weight and it also made me re evaluate my goal weight as I don't want to be that small.
Keep in mind that this software is not 100% accurate but looking at the possible outcome made me want to work harder and be patient.
