    Op thanks for the recipe. I made these today & improvised a bit. Didn't have any onion so just added extra zucchini, used unprocessed wheat bran for the bread crumbs, added a pinch of garlic. haha called "making do" anyway I baked them on a sheet pan & flipped them after 10 minutes. Can't stop eating them!

    They turned out really good! Mine were a little bit soggy in the middle, I knew I didn't wring them out enough but I was kinda multi-tasking with the rest of breakfast, but the hubby and I didn't mind it at all. Gonna try it with cheddar cheese next time I used parmesan this time. Thanks again!
