Does this exercise routine seem ok?

So I don't have a lot of time on my hands to go to the gym everyday. But I try to go around 3 times per week.
Tuesdays are my "big" days at the gym. I do:
Machine weights (circuit) for about 20 minutes and then I go into the cardio room and:
- go on this Cybex Arc trainer for about 6 minutes at level 50 (really gets the heart rate going),
-then I go on the elliptical for about 30 minutes and
- finally cool down with some uphill walking on the treadmill.
After that workout is done, I play Volleyball for 2 hours.
Another day I go to the gym is my HIIT time with no weights. I do that for about 30 minutes of sprinting for a minute and cooling down for 2 minutes, then sprinting 90% for 2 minutes and cool down 3 minutes, etc.
After HIIT, I cool down by walking on the treadmill or going on the bike.
The 3rd day, I go to the gym, I do light machine weights and light endurance cardio, like elliptical for 45 minutes.
So that's 3 days out of the week that I go to the gym
Then 2 days other than that, I do at home workouts:
I will do the 1000 workout first:
-100 jump rope
-100 squats
-100 crunches
-100 lunges
-100 half cobra pushups
-100 high knees
-100 tricep dips
-100 hover jacks
-100 mountain climbers
-100 bridge pulses
Then after that I do another 100 crunches in different positions (e.g. bicycle crunches)
And I also do some leg lifters and then I do another video that works the inner and outer thighs.
Does this seem good with the right diet?

One of these things is not like the other!
Is there a reason you can't go to the gym these two days? IMO you'd be better adding an extra day of weights to one of the three days you go. The other parts of your routine seem fine, but this seems excessive.0 -

What are your goals?
All I want to do is lose 15 pounds but I want a little bit of definition which is why I'm doing the 1000 workout. I'm doing these at home workouts because they only take about 25 minutes rather than an hour and a half at the gym.0
