What is a good goal for fat, carb and protein ratios?

Hello everyone,

I am new to this, and wanted to know what are some realistic and sensible ratios for carbohydrates, protein and fat (in terms of daily percentages)? And why?

I am 215 lbs, and am hoping to lose 60 lbs in under 1 year's time.
I am 23, and 5'6.
