Which body type would do you want?

Yours?

Or a healthier version of yours?

ETA: This is in response to posts asking if you want to be "skinny" or "curvy" or which body type you prefer. The truth is that the only answers that make sense (which is why these are the only answers listed) is your body or a healthier/better version of your body.

Um. Who wouldn't want a healthier version of their body?

Those who want Kim Kardasian's body. Or Kate Moss' body.

**ETA: I meant those who are striving for bodies that are not their own. Bodies that they might not be able to achieve. I picked those two examples based on the other thread that asked if people want to be "curvy" or "skinny".

I actually just discovered yesterday that I am a pear shape and I actually like how I am shaped. I just need to be a fitter and healthier version of myself.

I'm perfectly happy with my body and do not want anyone else's; I worked damn hard to get here not to mention the years it took for me to finally love and accept myself. I wouldn't change anything, just want to improve my muscle and gain more speed and endurance with my running.

who said kim k wasnt a healthy body type?

they question is whether you would want someone elses body type (for example kim k) or a HEALTHIER VERSION OF YOURS.

there was no statement that hers was unhealthy. Revisit reading comprehension please.

Last I checked, if you're obese, or even overweight, Kim K's body would be a huge upgrade, health wise. And ever since Ms. Moss dumped the drug habit, she's plenty healthy.

    What's with the body shaming?

Um, you might want to take your own advice. The OP doesn't say "someone else's body type."
It says yours or a healthier version of yours. Maybe the OP meant something different, but that's what is written.

I never said they aren't healthy. Their bodies aren't your body. They aren't my body. Therefore it's silly to try to obtain them. Or to worry about curvy, or skinny, or hourglass, if our bodies are not those things. What we should be striving for is the healthiest version of our body we can achieve, and maybe a few pounds either way of fat or muscle based on our own preferences.

By not having someone else's body as on option in the OP, I hoped to point out that it is NOT an option to obtain someone else's body.

You seem to be having trouble with saying what you mean to say. Your original post isn't what I think you intended.
Also, your post about Kim K and Kate Moss comes across like you're saying that they have unhealthy bodies.

ok so based on this...what you are asking us...

is are we happy with our bodies as they are....

or will we not be happy until we are healthier?

    if that is your question,

NO, I am not happy with my body now, I will be happier once I am healthier...

I am not striving to look like someone else, just be a better me.

Well, my body is healthy so I'm not sure how it could get healthier. I wouldn't mind a younger version of it though.

I'm not shaming anyone. In fact I'm trying to speak out against body shaming. There's another post that says "curvy or skinny". First those always lead to someone insulting one side or the other. Second, not all of us can achieve either of those. I have small breast therefore "curvy" isn't an option for me without surgery. I have big hips, so I don't think "skinny" is possible either. I simply want to be the best I can be, big hips, small boobs, big shoulders and all.
  • I would like The Incredible Hulk's body but with regular colored skin.
  • My own with smaller boobs and stomach!!
