5:2 Fasting Dieter

Hi all,
I have started the 5:2 fasting diet this week and am using myfitnesspal to count calories and to log my progress.
Have got through my first week and found it very straight forward so far. You need to be calorie aware on your fast days, but I've found MFP great for calculating cals against the meals I am cooking (I am a home cook and use raw ingredients).
