Tried them with diet and exercise, actually made me nauseous. Didn't seem to help anything along either.

Stop looking for magic pills. Focus on a balanced diet, cutting calories and exercising. It takes work but it will actually give you the results.

I'm taking them right now. I decided to give them a 2 week trial, just to see if they did anything at all. I just started the process of losing 25 pounds for the summer season, and I actually find I have a lot more energy with the ketones. I'm at the gym every morning before I have a full day of classes and participate in yoga or Pilates at night. They've worked for me, but like the label says they must be used with regular exercise and a diet plan. I don't reply on them directly for weight loss, but they help to give me the energy I need to get through my daily activities while providing mild appetite suppression. Again, this is just my personal take being an active young adult. It most likely differs with age, activity level and body chemistry. I am still a firm believer that the best way to lose weight is to get off your butt and work it out.
