Caterogizing Workout

I don't know what to put my workout under? I walk down my road, which has steep hills..and I carry 15 lbs weight in my backpack (camisole- backpack with a water bag built in)...i usually walk about 3.5 miles a day....what should this go under?

    If you have a bit of speed in your step (think power-walking) try going under Cardio and using this one: Walking, 3.5 mph, uphill

    It's what I use. :)

    I think you can add weight to it as well.

    this is light cardio. It will go under cardio workout.
