What workout do you have and what do you love about it??

I have the "This is Tae Bo" 50 minute cardio workout and the Ultimate Abs workout.

I used to do the original Tae Bo video tapes (oh boy...showing my age!) and LOVED them!

When I first got the This is Tae Bo one I would barely make it through and sweat like a pig. Now I'm making it through and barely sweating!!! I haven't made it all the way through the ultimate Abs one yet though.

I really like that it keeps you moving and seeing that all shapes and sizes can do it!!

    What's it matter if it's a workout? Exercise is exercise and some people like it. No one forced you to read or respond! :drinker:

    I still have my ultimate buns/abs DVD. Love Billy Blanks.. But, his crack head lookin daughter always freaks me out.
    It's a good sweat tho.

    I have Tae Bo PT24/7 - Billy Blanks!

    It's a great workout. My 18 y.o. son, who played football for 4 years at High School, tried it the other day... He is still in very good shape, he's going to the gym 3-4 times a week, but he was sweating and puffing... it was so funny!
