Is this a good plan??

I read this whole article and was thinking it might be a good stregth training program. I very new and any input would be appreciated.

its a good plan in general, but for someone starting out I would do a full body routine 2-3 times a week instead. All of these concentration excercises and a split plan in general is not ideal for a newbie. I would start with something like New Rules of Lifting for Women.0
