Ready to Change!!

Hi I'm ready to do something different! I gained almost 20lbs in the last year after getting married. I thought I was eating okay but apparently not because I have gained weight. I miss my old body and want it back!!! I welcome any recipe ideas and work out ideas!

    Interval training works really well. I do 30-45 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. I start at a walk (3) then go into jog (4) then to run (5). Then reduce to speed 4, then speed 3. repeat for 30 minutes. You can also do a circuit that includes and upper body exercise(bicep curl with dumbbell), lower body exercise(squats), Cardio(jumping jacks), Core(crunches), total body(push-ups). Do each exercise for 30 seconds at end of set rest for 1 min. Repeat 4-5 times. Hope this helps. =) You can do anything you put your mind to. =)
