I do unsweetened almond milk, frozen fruit, and nonfat plain greek yogurt. Delish!!

Also chocolate with some peanut butter is pretty darn tasty

Add some fat if you'd like it to fill you up for longer...

    Almond or Peanut Butter
    Avocado
    Coconut oil

I sometimes also throw a handful of spinach in there, you won't even notice except the color changes slightly.
You can also use milk or OJ as a base instead of water.

Add cottage cheese and blend it in the blender! It adds more protein and fills you up. I am not a fan of cottage cheese by itself but in the shake you can't taste it and it adds a creamy, milkshake - like consistency.

I am sitting here enjoying a green smoothie myself! 1/2 cup almond/vanilla milk, ice, 1 cup spinach and 1 tbsp natural peanut butter. I'm in love! I could add protein powder but I need to buy more!

I put kale and carrots in mine and then any fruit I have with almond milk. Greek yogurt if I am in the mood and sprinkled some bee pollen in there.

Anything high in fiber will keep you fuller for longer.
Try blending in a tbsp (or 2) of Jordon's Wheat Bran (thats what I use) with very little change of flavour.

    Per Tbsp:
    27 cals
    2g protien
    2g carbs
    4g fiber
    0.3g fat

    Hope this helps :flowerforyou:

Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt with a little skim milk to thin it out. Or, if you mix it with frozen fruit, it is actually almost like ice cream!

Also, I'll add vanilla Greek yogurt, cottage cheese and a little milk with fresh fruit and honey. The cottage cheese adds a little saltiness or something to it that I really like.

Apple and chia seeds do wonders for me.

I forgot about chia seeds. Definitely recommend. I premake a gel & add to the shake when I mix it.

if you're using fruit, orange sections are good to throw in if you have a blender that has decent power to it. frozen blueberries too!!! use ice to make it go further, makes more smoothie, seems like getting more portion.

    Things I like adding-

    *Greek Yogurt
*Sugar Free Jello Mix (Pudding or fruit, depending on the flavor combo I want)
*Peanut Butter (or better yet, PB2- it mixes better)
    *Fruit (any)
*Spices (Cinnamon, nutmeg being a current favorite)
*Any sort of extracts (Like Lime, and coconut then shake it all up- plus vanilla protein.. you get what I'm going at)
