    I just made these a little bit ago. I used almond milk and chocolate protein powder. We'll see how they taste.

    Mine worked out to 193 calories, but only 14g of protein though.

    No, you don't need to. They soften up once they bars harden.

    Can you use natural peanut butter? I have actually grown to prefer it over brands like Peter Pan.

    Natural PB works too.
