I need a chicken soup recipe. 100 calories or less per cup. preferably no pasta included.
no canned soups either. I'm not eating any pre-prepared foods.

Chicken has calories, it won't really be a chicken soup but a chicken flavoured broth if you want low cal. Use leek or celery as your vegetables, they are fairly low cal/ carb. Make your own stock from a chicken carcass, let it set and skim off all the fat all you will be left with is a few calories from the gelatin (protein).0

I totally agree with meangrl. Use chicken carcass in the way she has suggested. I add carrots, capsicum, oregano as well as the celery and onion + pepper. You can blend the whole lot up when cooked and you have chicken soup.0

ended up building my own recipe. did a tortilla soup (no tortillas). only 60 cals a cup so i can top with a tiny bit of sour cream.0

Any soup can be under 100 calories. It's all in how you portion it out.0
