I'm always 80-150 calories under my goal for that day, at the end of the week It would yield say 700 calories under the goal for that week, do you guys eat back those calories? Or do you use em as icing on the cake of a great week? :)

I wouldn't worry about 700 calories over a week's time. 100 calories a day is in the realm of estimation error anyways. I'd just say go with it and if you just want a good desert one day, you know you have 700 calories to play with!

    What Gaucho said.
  • It doesn't matter to me if I'm under my goal. I'd like to save those calories for something really good and tasty.

I just leave them in case I underestimated something else.

^^^this. If you were significantly under, could be an issue, but I wouldn't be too concerned with 100 calories.
