Vitamins don't make you lose weight. They are only a supplement to the vitamins in foods you should be eating. And you should be able to get the vast majority of your vitamin needs if you eat a broad range of foods.0
-
There are no vitamins for weight loss. Calorie deficit = weight loss. Fill your diet with healthy nutritious foods to promote good healthy, stay in calorie deficit for weight loss.0
-
and what foods can i get them in?
There are no foods for weight loss b/c food = calories/energy.
Eating less food will cause weight loss. There is no magical food.0 -

never mind, this was a stupid thread lol0 -
No this is not stupid, just people not givin you the answers your lookin for...niacine is good, not sure what else, i been doing some research on line myself about this...0
-
all of them, A-Z - if we didn't need them all, they wouldn't exist.0
-
OK, these aren't vitamins, but minerals magnesium, potassium, zinc, and calcium help support your body in the weight loss process. Also be sure you are getting Vitamin D.0
-
It's not a stupid thread, presumably you mean micronutrients not vitamins? If so calcium from dairy and long chain omega-3s from oily fish has been linked with with lower body fat in studies, but the entire complement of macro and micro nutrients support energy production/ healthy metabolism/ recovery from intense exercise.
All vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids are equally essential, just eat a balance of all the food groups and a wide range of different foods to get them all. Nine servings of fruit and veg in the full rainbow of colours, three servings of reduced fat dairy a day, oily fish regularly ideally daily, protein little and often from breakfast (lean meat, fish, eggs, dairy), fibre and mineral rich foods several times a day (nuts, seeds, beans, lentils), healthy fats in general daily (nuts, seeds avocado, olives, cocoa, coconut).0 -

I'd say to get plenty of vitamin C which will help your body absorb the iron in your diet and help prevent anaemia.0

Have to google best foods for those, but yes I take a supplement for those two and calcium and Vitamin D.0

Eat your negative calorie foods! They have good amounts of vitamins and have negative calories, win win

Vitamins in fruits and vegtables are good for losing weight...Not a vegetarian but fruits and veggies are filling so you don't eat calorie dense foods to fill up. Just add them to your favorite foods. If the seasoning are dense in your favorites, you will never taste the vegetables...0

What are negative calorie foods? Things like celery and carrots?
That's why I eat 4 celery stalks for every chicken wing I eat, since it negates the calories of the chicken wing. I'll eat an additional stalk if I'm dipping them in blue cheese dressing0 -
Keep in mind with negative calorie foods you need to eat them in their pure form. Don't drink orange juice instead of eating the orange. You'll spike your sugar level and make yourself feel aweful in 30 minutes. Cut up or break up your fruit over your salad to add as filler so your salad will take longer to digest. I top my salads off with protein (usually chicken, but you can use almonds too).
Also, make your salad worth it by using kale, spinach, etc. If your not a spinach (or a dark green) eater, use your regular iceberg lettuce at a 50/50 mix with spinach. Each week use less iceburg until you have a salad that is all dark green. I hated spinach before, now I eat 2 to 3 cups a day. Iceburg tastes like crunchy water to me now -- no flavor.
Good luck!0
