    110lbs ago - yes - if I have a bad day I just need to look at this photo to know where I am never going to go back to ;-) I like having a neck, and not just double chins ;-)

    I found this pic yesterday, and it literally took my breath away. I think this is the first time I have looked at a picture and actually realized how heavy I was. It was taken by one of my employees on my 40th birthday, 2 years ago:

    In 2010 I was 210lbs, I made it down to 150lbs by 2011.

    Between April 2012 and November 2012 I've put back 30lbs. Currently weighing in at 174lbs.

    OK, gonna try to post a picture and see if it works.

    This is me in august of 09 taking my oldest daughter to college... when I saw this picture I was blown away by just how HUGE I looked. At this point I was around 290.

    well pooh, that didn't work! HELP, what am I doing wrong here?

    general format (lowercase!!) : [ img ] url [ /img ] :if you see "%20" in your URL you need to backspace that and replace it with a space.
