    She's beautiful, argumentative, sexy, affectionate, silly, strong, crazy, passionate, smart, and most importantly she is my best friend in the world. She always knows how to make me laugh even at the worst of times, and we've seen more than our fair share together. She always defends me from everyone, including myself. We are very much opposites and yet we are the same.

    I am confident if any one soul was made for me... it is her.

    I don't even really believe there is such a thing...but I guess he would "get" me...understand my fears, my humor, be able to communicate (preferably without talking, so I'm okay if he is a deaf/mute), be around enough to make me feel content, and gone enough to not drive me up a wall...

    like I said, doesn't exist.

    Mine exists and i happen to be dating him which is a bonus.

    Without getting too soppy (as he might read this, although he isnt a fan of forums)

    He hugs with me when i cry over deaths of fictional characters
    He supports me
    He plays games with me (and doesn't just let me win)
    He makes me laugh

    He is just a pretty awesome dude actually - we work really well together - very happy i have found him :)

    A few months later when old friend surprised me out of the blue with a ring, although he is a shade under 6ft and has green eyes, it was an easy decision to make! :happy:

    Alphas fix problems and resolve issues. But going into something without being asked, makes you either "that guy" or a super hero.I don't see Lois Lane falling off a building anywhere.

    Blue eyes, satirical and goofy sense of humor (who gets my brand of humor as well), actively politically-engaged lefty, good listener, career-minded and driven, respectful, intelligent, down-to-earth, open-minded, easy going, wanting to travel and discover new things, healthy eater but can enjoy the occasional ****ty night of beer and pizza, likes exercising but is also pretty lazy, non-neat freak (I'd kill him or vice versa), likes animals, wants a family.

    I married him. My guy is also obsessed with the Beastie Boys and is a fellow librarian, just like me! It was meant to be. :blushing:
