can you tell any difference?

I've got some progress photos on my profile, and I want some honest replies here- can you tell any difference in my figure? The scale says 12lbs down and the tape measurer says a couple inches down, but frankly I can't really tell looking at myself, except for my arms having a little more muscle when I flex. : / Been eating right (mostly) and working out.

    Your waist looks a bit more defined. Keep your head up though. I've lost 48 lbs and there is no visible difference anywhere but my face.
