Friday I had to have endoscopic sinus surrgery with a septoplasty (for deviated septum) I was curious to know if anyone else has had this surgery and how long it took to start working out again? I know it will be at least 2 weeks....not even allowed to blow my nose for a week so I know I can't exercise lol I would die to blow my nose right now!! I was having a little trouble before the surgery with breathing so I am sure this will make a huge difference!! Like I said I am not trying to go back too soon just curious if anyone else had any experiece with it :) I don't want o be in pain or cause any bleeding!! I have tried even with recovery to stay on track with food. Even if that means just logging it!! Thanks everyone!

My husband had the same procedure done in December and he was back to exercising two weeks later. Hope you heal quickly and have great results!!
