    1/17- 4 lovely treadmill miles. boy that thing sucks. am i the only one who worries about getting too tired or not paying attention and flipping off of the dumb belt?! i feel like an idiot, but i just can't quite feel comfortable. :grumble:

    Will make a check later this evening for the sheet. Still dealing with medical issues with my parents, and running is not happening for me at all :cry:. :brokenheart: .I signed up for a half tomorrow and I intend to do that one and not cancel despite of everything that is happening and becoming increasingly unfit.

    Hopefully I can run the whole thing. :happy:
