All of the diets!

So. Many. Diets! I'm over and underwhelmed, confused, and everyone I ask has a different opinion. So I'm going with calorie counting for now. My lovely and beautiful roommate (mallorybrianne) has successfully used this method to drop down nearly 100 pounds, and I can't argue with success. I've tried, she's quiet stubborn.

So I'm 5'3'', a ridiculous 209 (as of today!), and over being fat and out of shape. I'm 27 years old and don't want this to be the rest of my life; I don't want to deal with being unable to shop with friends, worrying about activities, and all of the other silly things I should not be worrying about.

My ultimate goal weight is 135, but really I'm taking it a day at a time for my daily goals, and my eye is on the weekly success. Start small, stay dedicated..
