For me its 45 mins on treadmill at 15 % incline with pace at 6.8 -this burns 768 cals ,then alternating with 45 minutes free weight -abs .It,s early days but really enjoying it .
  • I just got into Pilates and I really love it. I never used to enjoy exercising before but ever since I joined a class I've been so excited to go every day!

Body Combat and Sh'bam (a Les Mills dance class) are both challenging and fun. I've started Body Pump, too, but I wouldn't call it a 'favorite' - just a good workout.
  • Muay Thai, Zumba, walking/jogging hiking :)

walking outdoors, swimming, aqua-aerobics are my favourite. I didnt think I would enjoy the aqua class as I have no sense of rythmn, but most of the class time isnt dancing in the water, it seems like full in resistance training with music as the background.
Oh and I do my resistance and cardio.

I promised myself I would try pole dancing when my weight drops enough, and my upper body strength is better.

I bike a lot so paddle boarding wasn't bad at all for me to do. Fell 3xs then was good to go. Next thing in FL will be Snuba Diving I'm thinking. Hurrican came in so I didn't get too.
