Breakfast on the run!

So um... I decided to research the Special K Protein Meal Bars that I eat every morning. Turns out they are not so good for me. Now what is a girl to do for a healthy breakfast on the run!!! Thoughts on protein shakes for breakfast? Keeping in mind here that my workouts are during lunch time...
