I passed up papa johns pizza at a office meeting today and was happy about it0

I didn't really have any food temptations today, thankfully. Just have to stop myself from eating too many crackers.0

I passed up going for a snack because reading the first page of this thread made me really hungry. Stopping now.0

I passed up the -rest- of the chocolate eggs I bought, very difficult to do on night shift, for me (I left them on my colleague's desk. I do that a lot, he's started to call me "the easter bunny"... yes I buy lots of bags of easter eggs that I have to get rid of before I go nuts)
I also passed up mcDonalds drive through breakfast this morning on the way home from work. First time in a long time where I've craved that so much after a night shift!0 -
cupcakes from crumbs that i passed in the mall. i still want one!0

This morning I woke up and decided I was going to have one of my favorite foods, which is also a big trigger food for me: cereal. Malt O Meal's Golden Puffs to be exact, ha! But I thought of how good I've done this past week and did my best to ignore the urges to slip back into my old, familiar, sweet habits. Welcome to MFP!0

I went to noodles and chose the curry vegetable noodles with tofu instead of the truffle mac and cheese i wanted saving myself about 600 calories. My husband got the truffle mac and i managed to not even take a bite of his.0

I was given a FREE croissant at the station cafe. And I gave it away. After carrying it all the way to work (an hour's commute) so that I didn't offend the nice lady at the cafe...0

I made cookies today and actually did not eat dough or cookies!!!!!

I have a peanut butter cup in the fridge.....I had one on Saturday and my daughter had 2 so there's 1 left and it's been sitting in the fridge.....I'm addicted to peanut butter so this is HUGE for me.....Also my daughter has a bag of candy o n my desk.....Gonna say NO to that as well0

Homemade cinnamon sticky buns @ work....OMG they were dripping in creme cheese icing.
I'm happy about it but I can still TASTE those damn things.0 -
I pass up a lot each day considering I work at a chocolate factory where we make 10 lb bulk chocolate bars0

today i passed up cheese on my veggie sub from subway, did not even miss it. Tomorrow i will pass up free donut friday AGAIN! third week in a row. I am making a "diet" cake for the ones who are counting calories instead:laugh:0

Makes a change that the original poster is the one to resurrect an old thread, lol.
I passed up a potential binge. I was feeling tired and generally craving sugar in a very serious way and bought quite a few items, but I just had 2 of them and threw the rest away, carried on with my usual healthy dinner. Fortunately I had worked out pretty intensely just prior to having the 2 less than healthy items.0 -
