Go Skating!

I went roller skating about 3 weeks ago and I felt amazing! It burns tons of calories and you don't really feel yourself getting tired.. Take a friend and some head phones.. The jams are good but after four hours they start to blend. It's a great workout and highly recommended. I thought that I didn't have it in me to do this, but I was really impressed with myself. Can't wait to strap on those boots and do some quick laps.

    I am a inline speed skater! Needless to say I LOVE IT!!! :) I skate speed practice 3 days a week!!
