Congrats, you look fabulous! My 9 month anniversary was yesterday and what a difference between now and last April, right? Clothes shopping is exciting again! Again, you look wonderful!

You look amazing! Congrats on your success. I try to look at at least one of these a day for inspiration. You are today's "winner". Your husband looks like he dropped a few too...good for him.
Thank you Yes, my husband has lost 20 pounds and recently said he's going to start running again. For whatever reason, we both stopped making time to exercise when we got married. At least we're back on the right track now!0 -
Great job! If that were me I'd be telling my son to move over and I'd get the best spot in the photo ;-)
Haha! That's too funny  Maybe the next picture I'll do that!0 -

Super job!0 -
Your story is incredible! I have been searching for the motivation to get up in the mornings to work out, beacuse I work an hour away from home, and with fighting traffic, sometimes it's 7:30 before I even walk into my door.
Any advice on how to make myself get up in the morning, from one night owl to another?

I have a long commute to work as well. It takes me about an hour to get home - I hate traffic!!
The only advice I have as far as how to get up in the morning is to set a date. Tell yourself you're going to start Monday, January 21. Try to get to bed earlier (30 minutes earlier each night till you can get at least 8 hours of sleep each night). On Sunday, set your alarm an hour earlier and just do it! Don't hit snooze. Just get up and go for it. Whether it's the Couch 2 5K program or a workout DVD, start doing something 4-5 days each week. Tell yourself you will continue to do this for three weeks (gotta create that habit), then after that, you will love it and feel guilty if you don't get up to do it. If you don't have MFPs that workout regularly, add some. Seeing others log their calorie burn made me want to keep up with it, too. Good Luck!!!0 -
