I don't have to pick up kids from anywhere. My shoulder hurts like hell. Only problem is that it will take me over my daily calorie goal and I like it when mfp announces that I'm under.

If you're in a deficit, going over target is still a 250, 500, 1000 calorie deficit from your TDEE (whatever it is). I vote yes.0

We're supposed to use a glass?
I find just holding it in my right hand while drink out of the bottle makes me appear more civilized. Well that and I always extend my pinky finger.0 -

Calories in wine, although calculates at 7.something, are closer to 5.4 due to thermogenic effect of food.
1-2 glasses max. Red wine (the dryer kinds) can stimulate the release of fatty acids from adipose tissue for metabolism. But detectable limits of ethanol/alcohol will trigger a response to break down the alcohol first and foremost leaving everything else hanging out in the blood stream only to become fat deposits.

The resveratol in the wine counteracts the calories which jump starts the metabolism and invokes the don't worry about it processes in the body. Enjoy.0

One more glass isn't going to make or break you this week.
Just drink an extra glass or two of water before going to bed!0 -
No don't, wait yes, drink it, call me, need directions, I'll stop you, er, I will help get rid of it so you don't have to.0
