Creating a recipe

When you make a recipe there's an option to add it to the database but you have to put cooking instructions and that kind of thing there, I haven't used it but I think that makes it public. Otherwise you can let him know how many calories are in things and he can quick add calories.0

When you go into your food diary and then go into your "recipes" click on that particular recipe name. At the bottom of that entry you'll see:
"Would you like to submit this recipe to the MyFitnessPal recipe database?"
No Yes
Click "Yes" and it will then add it to the database for public to use. You might want to use a unique name to the recipe so your husband can easily find it.
I hope that helps.0 -

I added 2 recipes to the database (ticked "yes") and still can't find it. I can see it under my Food area - Any ideas?0
