What do you pump iron, or run to?
I usually listen to
Five Finger Death Punch
Disturbed
Avenged Sevenfold
Pantera
Killswitch Engage
StoneSour
Pretty much anything with riffs that get the blood pumping.

The songs that gets me hyped up at the gym are: the show goes on, turn on the lights, we are trayvon, black and yellow and sure thing.0
-
A7X for sure, Clutch, anything with an awesome rythm guitar or drums.0
-
It's still Team America - Montage.0
-
It really depends on my mood. In the past week or so I've run to death metal, techno, worship music, and big band swing. I'll probably go for my static x pandora station today.0
-
Mine kind of depends on my mood but I tend to go to everything from In this moment-*kitten* to top 40 techno remixes..0
-
Bit of Pantera / Sepultura / Metallica / Motorhead if I'm lifting heavy.
Love me some David Guetta if I'm running.0 -
the crappy gym music. I have tried working out with headphones, I find that they get in my way.0
-
When Im running Usually Rock...When Im Lifting... usually Rap... (the beat helps I think !?!?)0
-
Armin Van Buuren - We Are Here to Make Some Noise (Maison & Dragen Remix)0

Discovered that some speaking is tranquillizing me more than some upbeat song, and it's very interesting!0 -

Top 40 Pop/Rap music0

Recorded House / Trance DJ live sets, that keep going for 1 - 2 hrs without break
.
Typically stuff like Armin Van Buuren - A State of Trance, Tiesto - Club Life, DJ Observer (Austrian DJ) - Yearmix 2012, Swedish House Mafia etc.
Metal is too brutal for working out too me, although i sometimes like this stuff, and "lighter" rock stuff doesn't keep me going.0 -
i like everything you listed!0

It's kinda cheesy, but Let's Go (by Calvin Harris ft. Ne-Yo) always gets me pumped, no matter if I'm running or doing aerobics or weights. Mostly a big mix of electro-pop keeps me going.
Oh, and I'm a big heavy metal fan, but for some reason I just cannot focus on my workouts if I'm listening to it. I go for the softer, cheesier music. :P0 -
Some of the songs in my Weights playlist...
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
Far from Over - Frank Stallone
The Best - Tina Turner
Good Feeling - Flo Rida
Forget You - Ce Lo
Dont Stop the Party - Black Eyed Peas (and others)
Jai Ho! - *****cat Dolls
Edge of Glory - Lady Gaga
Sexy and I know it - LMFAO
Sitting on top of the world - Delta Goodrem0 -
Ever get the feeling Flo Rida used to be Notorious B.I.G. sized?
He just flaunts his body a bit too much to have always been in that shape.0 -
Podcasts while I'm lifting - love 'Stuff You Should Know'
Scottish Country Dance station on Pandora for cardio -(weird I know but I used to do scottish country dance and it makes me happy)0 -
Heavy metal.0

Lately all I've been hearing is Shaun T yelling PUSH PUSH!!! lol But when I have my earbuds in I listen to Bob Marley on Pandora. It makes me think of beaches and vacations and motivates me to work hard so I can get there.0

I listen to the exact same things!! LOL ROCK seems to get my "BEASTMODE" activated!0 -
I have possibly the most random mix of music on my mp3 player. I can go from listening to The Beatles, to System of a Down, to Beethoven, to Lady Gaga. It's amazing. My favourite mix was when my mp3 went from System of a Down to the Olympic fanfare to Bowie. That made my elliptical time much more fun!0

reggaeton !!!0

the weights gently clinking together.
the sound of my breathing.
my heart beat.
my gym buddy's ipod playlist if he plugs it in0 -
