A cup of boiled white potatoes with salt and pepper mixed with a serving of seasoned boiled chicken thigh. Topped with ketchup. Don't hate. I like my ketchup.

SHIRITAKI NOODLE STIR FRY!!!!
8oz shiritaki noodles (only 40 cals!) and then a whole bunch of veggies (carrots, mushroom, red pepper, onion, snap peas, etc)... tossed together with some spicy peanut sauce, maybe a little bit of chicken or shrimp thrown in... under 200 cals and SOOO good!0 -

Leftovers from dinner last night. 2 weight watchers chicken tenders, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/2 cup Knorr Chicken rice, and 2/3 cup carrots. I'll have a side salad in a little bit consisting of 1 cup 50/50 blend salad, 3 pero peppers (mini colored peppers, red, yellow & orange, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup cucumber and I'll add 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Yum!0
