Turkey breast, spinach, cucumber, and cranberry honey mustard (1 tsp) on a whole wheat FlatOut FoldIt pita. Apple as a side. Feel full and it was yummy! Total calorie count was under 2540

One Italian meatball, sliced up with 1/2 slice of lowfat provolone, and some sauce sitting on a multigrain sandwich thin. Also a medium salad with balsamic vinegar and herbs and spices. Plus 7 (not 6, not 8!) blue corn multigrain chips... total for all is 375 calories... heaven! Hitting the gym after work, will do 650 calories of elliptical... covers lunch and breakfast! Woo hoo...!0
