    need to go to the grocery store but going out of town in 2 days so pickings were slim....healthy choice four cheese ziti, kashi sea salt pita crisps, and spicy red pepper hummus...one of my most calorie laden lunches in a long time but no dinner til late tonight...what a day:)

    I had a sandwich with turkey, baby spinach, cheese, light mayo, light ceaser dressing, and tomato for 235, and I also had some tomato, cucumber, and onion salad for 46 calories. It was all very filling and good and only 281 total :)

    I recently found ready-to-eat meals by gopicnic. I find that they are great, because they do not require refrigeration. They have a variety of options, including vegan and gluten free. The best thing is they taste great and are all natural. :happy:
