    My goal right now is to just be under 150, to put me at a healthy BMI. Once I get there, I'll see what I want to do. My guess is that I'll eventually settle somewhere in the 135-145 range, but it's just a guess. So long as I'm under 150, I would rather focus on how my body looks and feels than the number on the scale.

    Like another poster said, I'm not exactly sure about the number I want to ultimately get too be, I'd rather look at my overall fitness level and how I look and feel once I'm closer to 140. For now though the goal is weigh/fat loss.

    Not sure on ultimate goal. I want to be in a healthy range, so probably around 150-160 as I have a larger frame and big bones anyhow. We'll see how I feel at 175. I was doing good and then the holidays happened :[ So I can definitely use encouragement/support from anyone who's looking for the same ranges as myself!

    Looking more for losing body fat %. I've lost about 3% so far. Also doing weight training and ive increased my muscle % by about 2%

    Right now I'm about 175, hoping to get down to 140 at first. I'm already pretty muscular, so that seems like a fairly healthy weight for me.
