if my bmr is an estamated 1,366 according to the calculater on her in order to decrease my calories to loose weight how far should i take it down to right now im not working out but like twice a week and eating lots of fruits and veggies altho i have had a rough few days im not trying to loose fast i gave myself 7 months to get down to 125pounds

You cut calories from your TDEE, not your BMR.0

If you exercise, your TDEE will increase too. But cut 20% from that number and that is what I suggest.0 -
