Good Afternoon all.
I'm going out for dinner tomorrow night to a Japanese restaurant, now I might sound like a rookie but I've never been to a Japanese restaurant before any suggestions to what would be the healthiest/healthier option?

Sasimi! Or is this authentic japanese? If so... Nattō, fish, and lots of pickled veggies. Or takoyaki... Hmm...
What "japanese food" restaurant is it? Sushi? AUTHENTIC japanese? Hibachi?0 -
Steamed veggies and brown rice if they offer it. Any fish/protein without heavy sauces, tempura, and not fried. Japanese is much easier to eat than Chinese in terms of low fat/calories.
If you like sushi, that's also a good choice.0 -
Its not Sushi so much...im not sure sorry I don't know so much about Japanese food except that I like sushi im useless ha! Its good to know it isn't so heavy as Chinese food that was what I was worried about....so stick to fish!0
