How many ounces do you consider to be 'one glass' of water? I drink from a 20oz glass while at work and 10oz at home, at the gym its a 20oz bottle and so far I've been considering a glass to be 10oz beings that seems to be the standard size of a "glass" at the stores here.

I don't count my cups of water because it's hard to track. I drink water mindlessly, without thinking about it... In my coffee, refillable water bottles & cups at home.0
