Remember the key is to take in plenty of protein, water, and lower your sugars/carbs!!! Please make sure to SWEAT EVERYDAY!!! What really help is this website.....LOG EVERYDAY! and make it a ROUTINE!!! Let's all help each other throught this Journey.

  • My rule is to eat balanced meals and snacks and keep moving. The biggest key is to expend more calories than are ingested and hydrate!

    unless you're a long distance runner training for a marathon- then carbs should be central in your diet! Love the sentiment though!
