Need motivation!

I know I need to go to the gym and get at least 3 workouts per week, but I DO NOT have the motivation, where do I FIND IT? or HOW?

    just gotta muster it up, set goals and think that it will be worth it in the end

    I like to find work outs for just 20 minutes on youtube if I am tired of doing the same boring thing. Just think 20 minutes and it will all be over! try this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlbGCzZeT0c it sounds a lot scarrier than it actually is!

    pick things that you love...in the beginning i hated exercise...my career is singing and performing so to workout i did dance classes and zumba, then when i got used to it i did combat classes like body combat and tae-bo..and so on...now i do about 7-10 classes a week ranging from combat, weight training, spinning, body attack and step...and sometimes the odd zumba class ;)

    i'ts all about finding something you love and before you know it...i bet you'll be addicted :D
