Checking calorie content of food on this site

How can I check the calorie content of food,based on stored listings here on this site,without actually adding it to my food diary? And if I have to add it to my diary,how do I delete it? Thanks in advance

    You can delete items from your diary using the little red button at the right hand side of each line.

    At the right hand side there is a wee red circle beside each item in your diary that you can click on to delete items :) hope this helps
