Im new to this site so this may have been asked before, if so sorry!
Has any body had any good results from using power plates I've just started a course and was given the big sell.
Just wanted some real life story of sucess or failure. :bigsmile:

Yes I found them excellent when you do the excercises properly,you need to combine with cardio, I walk but it has beenthe powerplate that has lost the inches, lots of people noticed very quickly.0

i say yes, i have one and love it. i started using it the same time as i started eating right and using a crosstrainer, all of these combined have had a good result on my body0
