Fitbit One owners please help....

I just got the Fitbit one about 2 weeks ago and I am not using it because I am discouraged. Before using the fitbit I used Bodybugg and the website was very easy to understand. With the Fit bit not so much. I am a very visual learner and have searched for youtube videos to help me out with no luck. The part I am most confused about is syncing it with MFP (which I have already done). Can someone give me a run down on the how to's. I am mostly confused if I enter excersie into MFP or will fitbit automatically do it?

I just bought mine too. I enter food and exercise into MFP and let Fitbit monitor my steps and stairs. I think it is a motivator. The site is fairly easy to use. Fitbit gives a lower calorie allowance. I think it adjusts for the steps.

I have a Fitbit Zip, but I use the same site and everything. It's actually pretty easy to use... if you already have it synced to MFP, just enter ever everything on MFP (food, water, exercises) and it will be synced onto Fitbit. So, to answer your question, whatever you enter into MFP (i.e. exercise), it will automatically be added on Fitbit as well, so there's no point in adding it on there.

There's actually a group for Fitbit owners on here; here's a link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/1290-fitbit-users

You can join and find friends and help with other problems you may have! :)

All the information is in the help section on this site. Look for help in blue writing at the top of the page.

I love my Fitbit one. I find it very easy to use and I use it with my fitness pal. I log food in my fitness pal and I log exercise with the Fitbit. I have never had a problem with the driving as some people have said on this site. Good luck!
