help?! ripe banana/applesauce breakfast cookie
does anyone have this? it had no flour involved.
It was something like two ripe bananas, protein powder (optional), peanut butter, unsweetened applesauce breakfast cookies? I finally have all the ingredients and I thought I "bumped" it and can't find it now!
Please help! It's wet and gross out, and I thought this perfect timing to bake!

The website says it makes 30 cookies. It sounds good. I've got some overripe bananas too. But they'll have to go into the freezer, because I've had enough treats for a while!0

I make these w/o Pb because of allergies. I use 1/2 c applesc and 1/2 c Greek yogurt. No protein pwd. I add 1/2 c chopped dried appricots and 1/2c gold raisins. 2t pumpkin pie spice. This is very wet batter so I put them on parchment paper so they won't stick. I bake at 350 for 25 min. Makes 12 at 94 Cal each. Oh and I only use 2 bananas. If this confusingvthe recipe is on my diary0
