    Thanks for the post. A lot of inspiration here. My major setbacks is when the wife and I go cruising, But I'm almost at my goal weight.
    Been on 1330 calories for quite awhile., and its working.

    OMG...that is exactly how it is! And I am only a month into this...though I really wish you wouldn't have let me see what it will be like 3 months down the road lol....but you just reminded me, when I start to freak out to keep on the TDEE and BMR track, that what I am doing in correct. Thanks for the laugh and the motivation!

  • I really needed to read this today. Thanks so much. Just starting getting myself healthy and have a problem with stepping on the scale TOO much. And when I see the scale not going down as fast as I would like I get heartbroken. And today I just wanted to sit and do nothing. Glad I signed on and read this. It got me back up. So thanks a lot.
