looking for support

I am trying to lose 10 pounds and would like the support to do so. I workout a lot but eat a lot too. I plan to record my food intake daily and stop mindlessly snacking. If a record food, I think first before snacking.

Feel free to add me as a friend. (I can also give running advice if anyone wants it, I am a running coach for XC and marathon)
