98 lbs lost so far

Hello;

I started losing weight on April 25, 2012. I started with a goal of losing 100 lbs in 1 year. Here is my progress so far.

Starting weight 307.8 lbs. Starting body fat percentage 32% blood pressure was 160/100. Waist size 48 inches.

Today (January 21, 2013) weight 209 lbs. Body Fat percentage 13.4%. Blood pressure 110/66. Waist size 34 inches.

I can't believe I lost over 1 foot off my waist!

    Hey, I tried to keep my diet clean and simple. Lots of fruits and veggies. I started by walking every day, now I run and do weight training. I also go for a 5k walk every day.

    BTW, nice clean bathroom for your pictures....you would'nt believe how many people forget to clean the bathroom before taking the picture! :-))

    Basically I got a herniated disk in my back last year. I was trying to figure out how to fix it without surgery and I found out that basically the best way is to lose weight. I did it in stages. I started by walking 5k each day. Then I started tracking my food, then I made improvements to my diet. When I hit 258 lbs I started running and gym training. From there its history, I lost surprisingly quick and unintentionally quick too.
