Finally did it! I weighed in this morning at 199.4. That last half a pound was killer! This is the lightest I've been in about 5 years...and I'm down from my highest weight of 230 after a good 2 years of yo-yo dieting. I love that I've found such an aweosme community that advocates healthy weight loss methods. You can do it fitness pals!0

Hello there. At 208.5 as of this morning but the scale hasn't moved much since June (coincidently when I started going to a gym regularly doing some cardio and strength training). Now that the holidays are over, I'm fully back on track and determined. Would love to be below 200 by spring. January 29th is my one year anniversary of tracking on myfitness pal and working toward changing my lifestyle. Quit smoking for good as well - 1 year ago.0

Hello, I'm currently 208.8 just hanging in the "200s" I've been trying so hard to get into the 100 club but just cant get rid of the 9lbs to loose. I'm currently staying under my calorie count faithfully, and have recently started the 8 hour diet. It's not really a diet just more of a eating schedule to prevent myself from snacking in the evening. Works pretty well for me. I'm going to give it another month or so just to see if I see any results. But I'm determined to get this body in the 100s......... I really love the community on this site Goodjob and talk to you soon.0

Would love new friends! Started at 220 on January 1st, was down to 206.5 on Friday but did a ton of outdoor work on the weekend = sore muscles = 209 today . Desperate to see 195 by February 14! I'm 26 and 5'6".0

This is just the group for me! Last year I got down to 195! wahoo. Then between holidays and a cruise in december..... I am now back up to 211.8 =( Been struggling to find the motivation to get my butt back in gear! Lets do this!!!! I am 24 and 5'6". I turn 25 on Feb 23rd and would love to be at 199 (hefty goal I know). If anyone wants to add me, go for it!0

215 here, down from 306... Been bouncing around for a while but can't wait to see 199...I haven't put a time frame on it. My body just does what it wants when it wants, I just keep on trying and I know it will get there before long! Feel free to add me as well!0

I started at 210.... So I have been there. I am now 195. It took longer than I had hoped,,, but it DID happen. My scale seems to be stuck there right now. HANG IN THERE IT WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU. POST IT WHEN IT DOES, I WANT TO GIVE YOU A HOORAY! Maybe my scale will move again soon. I hope by summer to be better off. I too am a mom of a large family. I need to keep up the grand children.0

GREAT group and idea! I too have only been to 197 once in the last 15 years, that's the last time I can remember truly working on the weight loss. Right now I'm at 204. I got down to 200 in May, but then over the Summer gained it back. 199 will be a HUGE deal for me. I'm in!!0

I am a college student, and I've hit 195 at my lowest during college. Once midterms hit, or finals, I typically stop working out and caring what I eat in the stress. I am back to the 205 point now, and I refuse to let myself go again!!0

I too want to be in ONEderland. Currently at 206. I started at 272 in 2009 and over the years I've worked my way down. The last time I saw ONEderland was in 1990 but due to a bad marriage I climbed back up. I was 20 lbs from my goal weight. This time I'm going to make it and stay there. While looking through the posts it looks like I'm much older then the others but I can see I'm in very good company. Good luck to all of you.0

I am so close! I have spent the last 3 months putting on/taking off the same 4 pounds. I am 3.8 pounds away as of this morning and I SO WANT to hit 199!! I just celebrated 1 year on MFP, and am a little disappointed that I didn't hit onederland before that anniversary, however it's over now and I just need to do better this year in order to attain my goal of another 40 pounds.
