Goal Weight at 5'3"

If you were 5'3" or around there (or if you are), what would your goal weight be? I'm struggling to find a happy weight.

I have a large frame and a large chest. I'm 5'4" but if I were an inch shorter I'd probably be shooting for 130 to 135.0

Honestly my personal goal is 120, but last time I was at that weight I was told I looked sick. So I'm hoping to be happy with how I look once I get down to 125.
ETA: I'm a pretty small build, with pretty much no chest. So at 5'3", I think 125 is pretty reasonable.0 -
im trying for 128-133. that was my normal before having kids0

I'm 5'3" and pretty athletic. My goal is 136 lbs. I've been lower than that before but actually had to stop exercising to lose the weight.0

My first goal was 130, then I got there and decided to go for 120. If I get to 120 and still feel like I have more to lose I'll go for 115, but that's my hard limit. It really just depends on how you feel when you get there!
One thing to note though: If you're still unhappy and you are too low, don't go for under weight! Instead, try eating at maintenance or surplus with a heavy lifting routine. It might not be that you need to lose more weight, but rather you need to work on your body composition.0 -
By your picture you already look small enough and you look small bone so I would go for 115 may 110 at the very least0

I am 5'3" with medium build and moderate muscle mass considering I'm 64 yrs old. My husband prefers a little extra, and I do have a moderate bust, so my goal is 148-152. That sounds like a lot, but at that weight I wear a size 9-10.
Every body is different! I agree with the person who advised exercise/weights to change your body composition. You may weigh more, but look slimmer!

5'3.5'' and goal weight is 118-119 lbs. I looked best when I was at that weight. I'm currently 122-123 lbs. I'm happy with my weight. But will be happier if 5 lbs less. The last time I weighed 118 was 2.5 years ago. I'm 24 y/o medium built0

Maybe because I HAve a sort of extreme build I sometimes find myself wondering why we use height as opposed to other metrics like lean mass, wrist/ankle cirumference to find our goal weight....then again im someone who would be ripped at like 245lbs if lifting regularly so, again, im pretty extreme....
As for an average framed girl, I would say 133lbs is healthy, 123 lbs is super fit if there is some muscle there/curves.
My H.S. gf was 126 and was 5"3/curvy....she looked perfect to me....then again, women probably shouldnt aim to weight as much as a 17 or 18 yr old their whole live.

Hi, I am only 5ft 1, started weight 140, weight at the moment is 132 and I would love to be 125lbs. I got down to 118 a few years ago but looked ill.0

When I looked it up it said anywhere from 110-140 depending on your frame. My doctor told me 130ish since I carry alot of muscle on the lower half of the body. I guess it depends on what type of frame you are, you can look on the internet and measure yourself and figure out where you fall on the weight chart.
Since I havent been anywhere near 130-140 in 10+ years I just set the goal of 135 and once I hit that goal I will see if I want to keep going or not. My goal is to have muscle, which I know means I might weigh more then normal !0
